• - The gas flame heats lava rock supported by a high strength steel grid, giving an authentic char-grilled taste
• - The cooking grill can be raised and lowered by the use of a handle at the front
• - Excess fat runs off the grill to a container at the base of the unit
• - Burners are lit by an electro spark lighting system
• - Grills are built with a double housing to prevent over heating of the grill exterior.
